About us
The Centre for Continuing Education is committed to providing quality professional education to help individuals to enhance their careers and for employers to foster workforce development. We serve a diverse regional and national population, including recent university graduates desiring to enhance their degrees; individuals electing to upgrade in order to expand their career potential or change professions; and organizations pursuing employee development and performance excellence.
Located in the heart of downtown Hamilton, we offer our more than 219 unique courses and professional development workshops as well as a rich menu of customizable corporate training options. Small classes and flexible learning options accommodate the unique needs of adult learners, while our expertise in adult learning ensures that lessons learned in the classroom are immediately applicable within the workplace. Programs are offered in instructor-led, distance,
on-line and hybrid formats. Academic certificate and diploma programs are offered to support career growth in health and social services, applied sciences and technology and business fields.
